Meghan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UBC and an MBA from Queen’s University, and is a graduate of the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program with the designation of ICD.D.

Craig Roberts

Craig is the former CEO of Newfound Gold (NFG-V) and is the co-chairman with Prospector Metals (PPP-TSX-V). He is a mining engineer with over 30 years of operations, consulting, and investment banking experience. This experience includes work on multiple feasibility studies and investment banking/due diligence roles in over 200 institutional equity financings.
